This tab is on the lower left hand side of our site. You can edit any personal information including new e-mail addresses, mailing addresses, phone numbers, etc. here. You can also use this to set up "text messaging" to be automatically sent to your phone for practices and games. Just enter your cell number and your cell provider. Text messages are sent 1 1/2 hours prior to the start of your game/practice. You can also turn OFF the messaging here as well.  Please keep this area up to date for yourself so that you will be notified of any scheduling changes.

Association Tab

You are already on the Home page when you arrive at our web site. The left-edge menu options for the Home tab give access to general information that applies to all members.


Our Teams Tab

This is where you′ll be able to view the schedule, roster, and bulletins for your specific team. Use the drop down menus at the top to find your team. First use the "League" drop down menu to select the level your team plays at: Mite, Squirt, etc. Next use the "Team" drop down to choose the team you wish to see.

The left-edge menu options for the Team tab give you a variety of ways to look at your team's schedule. If you click on "Schedule" it will list each practice and game, in a day-by-day tabular fashion. Make sure that you click "Show Non-Games" and the schedule will include all practices as well. Click "Calendar" if you would rather view the schedule in a calendar form. The "Results" option shows results for games that have already occurred, but only if your coach or team manager enters the results. The "Multi-Schedule" feature allows you to see the schedule for several teams at one time.

Admin Tab 

The Admin Tab is used only by the Website Administrator, Board Members, coaches, and team managers. It is password protected.

The Equipment Exchange

The Equipment Exchange feature provides an area on the website where you can post information about used hockey equipment that you would like to sell and/or exchange with other members. Please keep equipment on the "Exchange" for no more than two months.

To access the exchange, click on the "Exchange" link on the menu at the left of the FHC home page.  You can also see current Exchange items listed on the right side of the FHC home page.

This area can also be used for Lost and Found items.  Please use the words LOST or FOUND in capital letters as the first word of the subject line to bring attention to the item.

Please note that the exchange should only be used by FHC Flames players and parents for listing their own used equipment; it is not to be used for non-hockey advertising or any for-profit ventures.  Inappropriate listings will be immediately removed. 


Area Rinks

A printable directory of our Area Rinks is available by clicking on Area Rinks along the left hand side of the home page.  The default is to list rinks by city, but if you click on the A-Z Name column, it will re-sort by arena name.  Click on the Printable Directory link at the top of the page, and you will get a very nice printout with directions of rinks we regularly attend.  This is a great tool for new parents.  Many of the other rinks we frequent as an association are also included so you don't need to search for them yourself.
